Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 7 - 10 BUSINESS days for orders to be processed and shipped. WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Once we ship your order out it's out of our control of how long it takes for you to receive it. All orders are shipped out from our facility via USPS or UPS.

What is the best way to store your products?

As mentioned on our packaging, be sure to store your spices/seasonings in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. We also recommend that you keep them away from the heat of a stove or vent, as this will cause the flavors to diminish over time. Most importantly, be sure to keep the packaging or personal containers used to store your seasonings tightly sealed when not in use/sauces must be refrigerated after opening.

Can your products be purchased in person?

When will I receive my Jerk Fry City order?

Please expect your order to be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.

Can I change the address on my order?

Our goal is to ship your orders out as soon as possible. Due to the volume of orders we receive, we are no longer able to edit the address on an order you have already placed. Please be sure to double check all your shipping info for accuracy before finalizing your order.

When will you restock?

Select Jerk Fry City Seasonings/Sauces are released once a month. Stay tuned to Jerk Fry City on Instagram and www.jerkfrycitybrand.com for bundle deals, regular updates, and announcements.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. Only exchanges will be allowed. Jerk Fry City seasonings/sauces cannot be returned. Items returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.

Will you replace damaged products?

During the shipping process, a reasonable amount of wear and tear is expected, however if your(packaging) and consequently your Jerk Fry City order is destroyed in the shipping process, Jerk Fry City cannot be held accountable or take responsibility. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. If the error is on us, we are happy to replace items. However, if a customer has received the exact items in the order placed, we are unable to offer an exchange. If your inquiry is in reference to cookware/kitchenware items, Please send us an email at hello@jerkfrycity.com

I never received my order

Unfortunately, once your package leaves Jerk Fry City headquarters we have no control over how and when your package arrives. Please reach out to your local USPS location for more information on when to expect your package and receive status updates. If the status of your package is DELIVERED via the tracking system provided but you have yet to receive it, please note sometimes UPS scans packages and they read as delivered before you receive them. If you do not receive your package within or day or two, reach out to your local UPS directly. Jerk Fry City cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received.
