Standard processing time is 5β10 business days before your package ships from our warehouse.
During peak seasons, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may extend beyond 10 business days.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Carrier Responsibility
Once your package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, it is officially in the hands of the shipping carrier.
This means:
Β β’ We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, misdeliveries, or carrier-related issues once the package has shipped.
Β β’ Any delays caused by weather, staffing shortages, customs, incorrect address information, or carrier disruptions are outside of our control.
If an issue arises after shipment, customers must contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Tracking Information

Β β’ Please allow 24β48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.
If tracking shows βlabel createdβ or βawaiting carrier pickup,β this means your order has been packaged and is awaiting its next carrier scan.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Shipping Confirmation
An order is considered successfully fulfilled once:
